Tamar Khuntsaria currently serves on the position of a Team Leader for the EU’s European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD). Her most recent previous positions were Executive Director of Center for Social Sciences (CSS) in Tbilisi, as well as Executive Director for Brussels-based EU-Georgia Business Council (EUGBC). Tamar professional experience counts more than 15 years and includes working at international and non-governmental organizations as a manager and director of various democratic reform and rule of law programs in Georgia. Tamar holds a PhD in International Relations from Tbilisi State University (Oxford University Programme), MSc in Politics by Research from the University of Edinburgh, UK and MA in Public Administration from Bowling Green State University, USA. She is a recipient of various prestigious fellowships, including Chevening (UK), Muskie (USA), OSI Higher Education Support and Academic Programs, Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Support to Associations.
