Tamar Nadibaidze joined the GCSD team in October 2017. She studied Political Science and International Relations at the University of Georgia and is a US State Department’s Exchange Program ‘Global UGRAD’ alumna. Within the ‘Global UGRAD’ program, Tamar received education in International Affairs at the Roanoke College, VA.
In terms of practical experience, Tamar has interned/worked in the USA, Turkey and Georgia for different organizations involved in humanitarian and development issues. In 2015, she started working at the ‘Institute for Development of Freedom of Information’ (IDFI) where she was involved in the Open Government Partnership project. In 2016, Tamar served for the Cabinet of Parliament’s Chairperson – coordinating and supporting Parliament’s involvement in Open Government Partnership.
